The customer may contact the Energy Regulatory Office (Energetický regulační úřad), located at Masarykovo náměstí 5, 586 01 Jihlava, which, in accordance with Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on the Conditions of Business and the Exercise of State Administration in the Energy Sectors and on Amendments to Certain Acts (the “Energy Act”), is authorized to resolve disputes concerning the conclusion of contracts, as well as disputes regarding the restriction, interruption, or restoration of electricity, gas, or heat supply or distribution due to unauthorized consumption or unauthorized distribution.
